3. Small software company is working on an integrated inventory control system for a very large national show manufacturer, which system gathers sales data daily from stores across Nepal. Data is used by the following departments: Accounting, Export and Ordering Inventory functions are critical to the smooth operation os the system and the corporation. Krishna is a quality assurance (QA) engineer with the software company. He suspects the inventory functions of the system are not sufficiently tested. However, they have passed all contracted tests.
He is being pressured by his employers to sign off on the software. Legally he is only required to perform those tests which found their way into the contract. However, his considerable experience in software testing leads him to concerned over risks of incorrect system behavior. Despite insisting, Krishna’ company states: “We will go out of business if we do not deliver the software on time.” Krishna replies: “If inventory subsystem fails, it will significantly harm our client and their employees.” If the potential failure were to threaten lives, it would be clear to Krishna that he should refuse to sign off. However, given the reduced degree of threatened harm; Krishna is faced by a difficult.

Read the following paragraphs and answer the questions at the end.
Mr. Jak Nepal is senior database programmers who have recently joined a Netherlands-based multinational company. Database Manager assign him to a project based on knowledge management. Manager provides a deadline within one month to find which type of insurance business is growing, where to apply more business from their past experience and market data. He has done various research and could not find appropriate solution. Jak ask to colleague regarding his dilemma and their friend suggests him that they will make available for certain code module and they suggest using insurance pro (proprietary software) to copy and using in your program. After 2-3 days Jak Nepal completed his work. Jak don’t mention in documentation about the colleague module and software.
